Greggs has teamed up with iconic cook Nigella Lawson to launch its Christmas menu, with fans buzzing at the return of one item they've been 'waiting 10 months for'.
The fast food bakery is a staple of the British high street, with everyone partial to a steak bake, vegan sausage roll, or sausage, bean and cheese melt.
And just like virtually every other British business in existence, the company from Newcastle-upon-Tyne has released its own Christmas advert, of sorts.

In Greggs' case, the opportunity has been used to launch its Christmas menu, with celebrity chef Nigella Lawson appearing with all the festive goods on offer you can buy from Greggs as of today (7 November).
"How I love Christmas, it's my favourite time of year," Lawson says in the clip.
"Family, friends, and of course the food. A rapturous riot of flavour, succulent filling, creamy sauce, all wrapped up in the flakiest of flaky pastries in one or both hands."

And fans are buzzing at the announcement, with it meaning the return of one of the all-time favourites: the Festive Bake.
An iconic pastry, it is filled with chicken, sage and onion stuffing, and sweetcured bacon, all covered in a creamy sage and cranberry sauce.
Responding to the news on X (formerly Twitter), one fan said: "We've made it through another 10 months without, and today it's back."

While another said: "I thought there was a strong positive feel in the air today and now I know why. It's basically the countdown to Xmas now."
Alongside the Festive Bake's return was the Vegan Festive Bake, meaning everyone can appreciate it's flavoursome goodness.
And new for 2024 is the Festive Flatbread, filled with sage and onion style chicken mayo; sweetcured bacon; and a tangy cranberry and red onion relish.
The Christmas lunch baguette is also back on the shelves, alongside festive coffees and hot chocolates.

For those with a sweet tooth, there is chocolate and hazelnut doughnuts and mini caramel shortbread.
Speaking about the menu, Lawson said: "As a longtime fan of Greggs, and especially their sausage rolls, I’m thrilled to be collaborating with them to celebrate the return of the iconic Christmas menu.
