He was arrested in Stockwell and has been taken to a South London police station where he remains in custody.
This comes after the actor-turned-politician live-streamed officers searching his home.
In the clip, the 45-year-old said: “Coming after Lozza.”
The camera then turns to a number of uniformed officers in his home.

“What? Look at how many coppers there are in my house,” he said.
“That ladies and gentlemen is the country that we live in.”
He then smokes his cigar after putting a thumbs up to the camera.

“This is what the police are, they do not police with consent anymore.”
