The man, wearing a grey tracksuit, was said to have attempted to board a bus by pressing an emergency button to open the doors.
A witness told the outlet that the pair had 'stopped a bus which was full of school kids'.
"They were punching the front of the bus and they were shouting 'f*** off' and telling [the driver] to get out. Saying some really horrible comments," they claimed.
"What tipped me off, an elderly pensioners on a bike was going by and he told them to stop doing this.

"The woman loudly said 'f*** off' and spat at him.
"I went up to them on the road and said 'can you get off the road?' She pushed me, told me to 'f*** off' and called me 'P***'. I pushed her off the road. She then calls me a 'dirty P*** b*****d'.
"While that's all happening an elderly man in his scooter was going by. She kicked him."

They continued to say: "She booted him where his leg had been amputated and spat at him. She tried to get him off the scooter.
"He warned her twice, he said 'stop this'. She said 'f*** off you disabled b*****d'.
"At this point I thought I'm going to get my phone out now.
"He did not mean to run her over - his hand was left on the accelerator. He said to me [after] 'I didn't realise she was under my scooter'. Both of them were really agitating him."

"There was kids there. If anything this elderly man was the victim, he got provoked.
"He got spat on, she tried to kick him off his scooter. He's not the aggressor, he defended his pride.
