Vladimir Putin has just been re-elected as the President of Russia with more than 87 percent of the vote, and made some chilling statements in his winning speech about a third World War.
Speaking about a possible conflict with the West, he said: "I think that everything is possible in the modern world.
"But I have already said, and it is clear to everyone, that it will be one step away from a full-scale third world war.

"I think hardly anyone is interested in this."
Putin is expected to put press on US Nato allies too, and start to create economic relationships with those in the East instead of the West, with a view to becoming more antagonistic to the West later on, Politics Professor Randall Stone told Newsweek.
But all this talk is starting to bring fears of a possible WWIII into the discussion, especially with Russia's continued invasion of Poland, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealing that 31,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed by Russia thus far.

Of course, if Russia was to invade Nato, the UK would naturally be a target, as one of Nato's founding members.

This quiet town is located in Kent, neighbouring towns such as Gillingham and Rochester.
However, the home of the The Corps of Royal Engineers is located here, and it is best known for The Historic Dockyard Chatham, which was the birthplace of numerous famous ships, such as Nelson's flagship HMS Victory.
Tidworth

The Wiltshire town is the smallest and least populous place on this list, known for being relatively near to Stonehenge.
It is also home to the first Mechanised Brigade's Headquarters ands the affiliated Royal Horse Artillery, and the famous Tidsworth military camp.
Salisbury
Population: 45,000
This city is located in the county of Wiltshire, and is known as a historic medieval cathedral city just mine miles south of Stonehenge.
It's also known for being home to the largest military training area in the UK, Salisbury Plain Training Area.
The 94,000 acre training area is so massive that it covers 11 percent of the county of Wiltshire and some of Hampshire.
