The 45-year-old millionaire who is hoping to reverse his biological clock has started ‘penis rejuvenation therapy’.
US business tycoon, Bryan Johnson has embarked on an intensive - and expensive - experimental medical program with the aim of reversing his age.
According to reports, Johnson is shelling out $2 million-a-year on the special program, which he has named Project Blueprint.

In recent months, Johnson has shared some details of the program, which includes an hour of exercise a day (with more high-intensity training three times per week), a vegan diet of precisely 1,977 calories, sleeping at the exact same time every night, and undergoing all sorts of medical procedures, such as extracting and injecting plasma from his 17-year-old son Talmage - although later revealed that he had found 'no benefits' from doing so.
In a new update, Johnson has revealed that he’s also undergoing a new form of therapy on his own Johnson, which involves six treatments of ‘shockwave therapy’.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Johnson wrote: “Started first penis rejuvenation therapy:

“Focused shockwave therapy 6 treatments, 3x/wk Cost $1-2k.
“Evidence: multiple randomised controlled trials showed that shockwave therapy improves erectile dysfunction.
“We are testing whether it improves total time nighttime erections, subjective sexual performance, sexual satisfaction, and medical imaging-based penile markers.”
In a previous post Johnson shared his ‘baseline measurements’ alongside the ‘goals’ of his penis rejuvenation plan, which included a target of achieving three hours and 30 minutes’ worth of nighttime erections.

Johnson hit headlines earlier this year, after sharing his plans to reverse the ageing process - and is being carefully measured multiple times a day.
According to Bloomberg, Johnson has to undergo numerous medical procedures each month, with the outlet describing some of them as being 'quite extreme and painful'.
But speaking to the BBC in April this year, Johnson revealed that the process appeared to be working.

Johnson told the outlet that he has managed to de-age certain parts of his body at a cellular level.
"My left ear is 64, my fitness tests say I'm 18, my heart is 37, my diaphragm strength is 18," he said, admitting that some parts of his body are older than others.
"I playfully say I'm trying to become like, an 18-year-old. My son is 17, so I always tease him and say, 'When I grow younger, I wanna be like you'."
Johnson added: "If we slowed the speed of ageing, and even reversed it, it would change what it means to be human."
