A new development in conjoined twin Abby Hensel's marriage to husband Josh Bowling has been revealed.
Former army medic Josh, 34, married Abby, 34 - who shares her bloodstream and organs below the waist with her sibling Brittany - in 2021.
Abby and Brittany rose to fame after appearing on an episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996, and went on to front their own TLC reality series, Abby & Brittany.
The sisters are dicephalus conjoined twins and have two hearts, with Abby controlling their right arm and leg while Brittany controls their left-hand side.

They share a bloodstream and all organs below the waist.
Shortly after Abby's marriage was publicly revealed, it was announced that Josh had become the subject of a paternity lawsuit from his ex-wife Annica, who he was married to from 2010 until 2019.
According to the New York Post, court documents from Minnesota show that the suit was filed in October 2023 by Annica, and another man called Gavin Vatnsdal was also named in the suit.
Annica and Josh share an eight year old daughter named Isabella, who they now share custody of, and Annica then welcomed a second daughter after their divorce was finalised in 2020.

In a recent paternity filing, she claimed that Josh may have been the one to father the three-year-old child.
On Friday (19 April), the Minnesota District Court in Washington County worked to determine paternity after genetic results were entered into the file on March 7, 2024.
According to The Post, the representative of Gavin Vatnsdal admitted that his client was the child's father - and not Josh.

Speaking about the result, Vatnsdal’s attorney, Gregory Seamon, said: “It’s not Mr Bowling’s child. It’s my client’s child.”
Judge Siv Mjanger, who was ruling over the hearing, added: “I think all the parties agree that Mr Vatnsdal should be the adjudicated father and Mr Bowling should be discharged and taken off the birth certificate. I can grant that motion”.
After news broke of Abby's marriage to Josh, the conjoined twins issued a message to people who were being unkind to them online.

Taking to TikTok, the pair said 'the internet is extra LOUD today', and published a video featuring a picture of Josh saying: "This is a message to all the haters out there. If you don’t like what I do, but watch everything I’m doing, you’re still a fan."
Despite her conjoined twin being married, Brittany is not legally married to Josh and could marry someone else if she wished.
