Despite the US Constitution being crystal clear about how many times a person can be elected for President, Donald Trump is still setting his eyes on a third term.
The 78-year-old previously told the world he was 'not joking' about the idea of running in 2028, and if you still aren't convinced he's being serious, just take a look at his online store.
It's full of new merchandise which is emblazoned with the words 'Trump 2028', suggesting he really is dead set on returning to the White House for a third time.

The problem is, legally, he can't.
The 22nd Amendment explicitly forbids anyone from being elected as President on more than two occasions.

This two-term limit was introduced back in 1951 after Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected four times, despite every other commander-in-chief before him following the unwritten rule of stepping down after two.
But although this has been set in stone for the last 74 years, Trump has floated the idea of bending the rules a bit to bag himself a third Presidency.

His new merch suggests the same too, as the $36 'Trump 2028' t-shirt he is flogging also features the words: "Rewrite the rules."
The product description for the tee, which comes in red or navy, reads: "The future looks bright! Rewrite the rules with the new Trump 2028 t-shirt."
If you're in the market for a new cap, you can also bag a 'Trump 2028' high crown hat which the Trump Store promises will become 'your new go-to hat'. It boasts that it is made in America and has a flag embroidered on the side - but if that doesn't convince you to add it to your basket, maybe the image of Trump's son wearing it will.
The President's third kid, Eric, who he shares with former wife Ivanka, is pictured grinning in the $50 cap on the website.

Customers can also grab some 'Trump 2028' can coolers which come in a set of two and are 'proudly made in the USA', which will set you back $18.
The new merch is sure to keep MAGA lovers entertained, even if the idea of Trump actually running for a third term is unlikely - but then again, can you put anything past him?
Last month, he claimed that 'a lot of people' are keen for him to have another crack at the whip in three years time.
"I basically tell them we have a long way to go, you know, it's very early in the administration," he told NBC. "I'm focused on the current. I like working."
Trump insisted he was 'not joking' about the prospect of somehow returning for a third time, before adding: "But I’m not - it is far too early to think about it."

He also said 'there are methods which you could' use to circumvent the 22nd Amendment, although he refused to go into much detail about potential plans to exploit a loophole.
When he was asked whether his Vice President JD Vance could run in 2028 and then surrender the presidency to Trump, the current commander-in-chief said 'that’s one' before adding 'but there are others, too'.
However, when the news outlet asked him to describe another method he might use he said: "No."
LADbible previously spoke to law professor and author Danny Karon, who laid out three possible options Trump could pursue in an attempt to run for a third term and the problems he would face with each of them.
