Donald Trump awkwardly left the wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. hanging when she reached out a hand to him at UFC 314.
The US President appeared to completely bypass the spouse of his secretary of health, actress Cheryl Hines, despite making sure to greet her husband.
And considering the couple were stood side by side in Miami's Kaseya Centre for fight night, people are struggling to understand how Trump missed her.

The commander-in-chief, 78, trotted into the arena like the guest of honour on Saturday (12 April) night, flanked by UFC president Dana White and three of his grandchildren.
He was seen waving to the crowd as he made his way to his seat with the next generation of Trump's, Kai, 17, Donald J. Trump III, 16, and Spencer, 12.
The President also stopped to say hello to a few faces in the audience, including RFK Jr, with the pair sharing a handshake and a quick hug.
However, the Health and Human Services Secretary's spouse did not get the same treatment from Trump - as he blanked Hines, despite her eagerly outstretching her hand.

The Emmy-nominated actress, best known for her role in Curb Your Enthusiasm, appeared unable to hide her disappointment after she was snubbed by POTUS.
Hines, 59, seemed to frown in confusion after he dodged her handshake, before turning to RFK Jr in exasperation as her husband smiled.
To add insult to injury, the footage of the moment she got the cold shoulder from Trump was caught on ESPN's live TV coverage and has since gone viral on social media.
One person said: "Trump just totally blanking RFK’s wife feels like a scene out of Curb, hysterical."

Another wrote: "Lmfao Trump ghosted Cheryl Hines so hard.
A third added: "Yikes, that’s a tough moment to catch on camera!"
And a fourth wrote: "Was that intentional?! Does anyone know why?"
Others suggested that Trump's supposed snub was accidental, as he was pictured chatting to both RFK Jr and Hines a short time later.
"He went right back over to her after this," one person said on X.

Another chimed in saying: "I’ve accidentally done that to people. He acknowledged her right after. When there are so many people, it happens."
Hines married RFK Jr got hitched in August 2014, two years after they began dating. The couple were introduced to one another by the actress' Curb Your Enthusiasm co-star, Larry David.
