Elon Musk has now responded to claims that he has fathered his 13th child with author Ashley St Clair.
In a post shared to X on Saturday (February 15), St Clair - a public figure who wrote a 'conservative' children's book in 2023 - announced the news that she had allegedly given birth to his 13th child five months ago.
The 26-year-old wrote: "Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.

"I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause."
St Clair went on to ask the media to 'honour our child's privacy and refrain from invasive reporting', while adding that she wants her newborn to 'grow in a normal and safe environment'.
She also captioned the post with Latin phrase 'Alea Iacta Est' which translates to 'the die is cast' and is often used to signify that a situation has passed the point of no return.

Her representative, Brian Glicklich, reiterated her claims in another statement shared on Musk's social media platform.
"Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time," he said.
"It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashely and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially.
"We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledged his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share."

If St Clair's claims are true, Musk could seriously give the cast of Cheaper by the Dozen a run for their money.
However, the Space X tycoon didn't exactly state a claim to the five-month-old in the middle of things when he finally broke his silence on the situation.

In fact, he had just one word to say in response to St Clair's claims: "Whoa."

Musk was responding to another tweet about St Clair from far-right activist, Milo Yiannopoulos, who claimed that she had 'plotted for half a decade to ensnare' him.
The Daily Mail claims that St Clair hit back at Musk's blunt retort in another post, which has since been deleted, where she claimed she'd been 'trying to communicate' with him for several days but received no response.

The pair then welcomed five more kids into the world - twins Vivian and Griffin, 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian, 19.
The billionaire also shares three children with Grimes, as they share sons X Æ A-Xii (pronounced 'X Ash A Twelve') and Tau Techno Mechanicus as well as daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, the latter two of whom were born via a surrogate.
Musk also fathered twins Strider and Azure in June 2021 with Shivon Zilis, who were born slightly before Exa, and a third child, whose name has not been revealed, in 2024.
