The name and sex of the third child are yet to be confirmed but it has been reported the bundle of joy was born earlier this year.
Following the news Musk has been accused of hiding the child's birth, something which the the Tesla CEO has since hit back at.
Speaking to Page Six about the arrival, Musk explained that all of his and Zilis' friends and family were aware of the birth, adding that issuing a press release for the news would've been 'bizarre'.

"As for ‘secretly fathered,’ that is also false," he said. "All our friends and family know. Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean ‘secret.'"
The newest arrival means that Musk has 12 children with three different women.
Alongside the three he shares with Zilis, Musk also has three children with Canadian singer Grimes - who also sport some seriously unique names.
The pair first welcomed son X Æ A-Xii in 2020, followed by daughter Exa Dark Sideræl in 2021 via surrogate (the same year as his twins with Zilis) and Techno Mechanicus in 2022, also via a surrogate.

Their first child Nevada was born in 2002 and tragically passed away from sudden infant death syndrome at a couple of months old.

The report focuses on the tech investor's concerns about declining birth rates, which is something he has spoken about extensively in the past.
"Many countries are already well below replacement rate, and the trend is that almost all will be. This is simply a fact, not a ‘debunked theory," he added during his interview with Page Six, citing statistics on fertility from the World Bank Group.
"2.1 kids is replacement rate, and obviously the world as a whole will soon drop below that point."

The billionaire added in a previous interview that he intends to have as many kids as he can 'be a good father' to.
