US rapper Fatman Scoop has died aged 53 after collapsing at a concert on Friday.
The musician, real name Isaac Freeman III, had been performing at a show in Hamden, Connecticut on 30 August when he took ill and collapsed on stage.
Freeman's tour manager Birch Michael, known as Pure Cold, has since shared a tribute to the rapper on Instagram, which reads: "It is with the heaviest of hearts I announce the passing of Isaac Freeman III, known professionally as Fatman Scoop.

Freeman's talent agency MN2S has also released a statement on the rapper's passing, which reads: "Scoop was a beloved figure in the music world, whose work was loved by countless fans across the globe.
"His iconic voice, infectious energy and great personality made an indelible mark on the industry, and his legacy will live on through his timeless music."
Concerns were raised about Freeman's health last night, with video footage showing the rapper struggling to breathe after he climbed the steps to the DJ booth on stage, just moments after he had addressed the crowd.
As Freeman was rushed away for medical treatment, the other artists at the show attempted to reassure the crowd. Hamden mayor Lauren Garrett later confirmed that Freeman had been taken to hospital after the incident.
