Out of the dozens of women who YouTubers Tim and Dee TV interviewed on the streets of Nashville, there was one who managed to steal the show with a simple 'hawk tuah'.

Haliey Welch became a viral star overnight after the snippet of her interview with US content creators started feverishly circulating online, and even Joe Rogan has now shared his thoughts on her tips to drive men wild.

There's been plenty of chatter about the Tennessee-native on social media over the last week, although you've probably seen her being referred to as the 'Hawk Tuah Girl' rather than her government name.

She is currently cashing in on her explicit catchphrase after launching a line of merch sporting the risqué slogan that none of us have been able to get out of our heads.

For those who are fans of Haliey's hack for keeping your man happy, you can now become the proud owner of a 'Hawk Tuah ’24' trucker hat for just $32.78 (£25.89) - or $50 (£39.48) if you want her to sign it too.

She's made quite a pretty penny so far, according to the bloke she's gone into business with, but the focus of social media users is now also falling on Hawk Tuah Girl's friend.

In the YouTube video, Haliey can be seen trotting down a busy street brimming with revellers with a pal in Nashville, before they both stop and chat to 1/2 of Tim and Dee, DeArius Marlow.

DeArius ended up taking the reins of the conversation, though, as it seemed he had quite a soft spot for the brunette who Haliey had headed out for a night on the tiles with.

And believe it or not, the mystery woman was actually the star of the show until the 'hawk tuah' moment came along.

She chatted with Dee about the best way to get over a break up - and for those wondering, according to her the only solution is to 'get drunk as f**k'.

The pair were enjoying quite the flirty exchange and even swapped numbers while Haliey was gallivanting up and down the street in the background.

But after watching the clip in it's entirety, people have noticed that viral fame was well within the brunette's reach - but it seems she decided to pass the baton to her pal instead.

Viewers reckon she 'flawlessly' set Haliey up to share her hilarious anecdote after she insisted that the Hawk Tuah Girl answer the question about what makes men go wild rather than herself.

Deflecting DeArius' question onto her friend, she can be heard saying: "This is for her. You know how to answer this, you got it."

But even she looked surprised when Haliey whipped out the old hawk tuah trick - accompanied with a very graphic demonstration - before adding: "Spit on that thing!"

Social media users have heaped praise on the woman for expertly wingmanning her friend.

One said: "Shoutout to her friend for the assist. She already knew the 3 point shot was coming then HAWK TUAH."

Another commented: "The fact that her friend knew she would give a good answer tells you everything you need to know about this girl."

While a third added: "The setup was flawless. Miss Hawk's friend deserves a lot of credit. That second HAWK though!!"

Oh don't you just love women supporting women.
