Court documents have revealed some of Jeffrey Epstein's associates - former president Bill Clinton included.
It was announced in December 2023 more than 150 names would be publicised after a New York federal judge had ordered for the court documents to be unsealed in early 2024.
US District Judge Loretta Preska is said to have issued a 51-page order explaining her decision to unseal the documents, arguing that there's no legal justification for continuing to conceal to conceal the names of the 'John and Jane Does'.

The names come as part of a defamation filing by Virginia Giuffre, who sued Ghislaine Maxwell - a former lover of Epstein's - in 2015.
Maxwell was later convicted on different charges in December 2021 and is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking crimes.
Now, nearly a decade on from Giuffre's filing, the names mentioned in her suit have been revealed.

One big name includes the former president, Bill Clinton.
Clinton served as the 42nd President of the United States between the years of 1993 and 2001.
The 77-year-old is said to be mentioned 50 times across the documents, ABC News reports.
While named, Clinton hasn't been implicated in any illegal activity and his mentioning in Giuffre's suit stem from her alleged attempts to convince Clinton to testify against Epstein and Maxwell, according to the outlet.

Giuffre also claimed to have met Clinton on Epstein's private Caribbean island and attempted to subpoena him to testify in her lawsuit.
According to Clinton's representatives, the former president 'cut off contact' with Epstein in 2005 and, following his arrest in 2019, a spokesperson for Clinton said that he 'knew nothing' of Epstein's crimes.
Adding: "He's not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade and has never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein's ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida."

Other names revealed in documents include Donald Trump and Prince Andrew.
Giuffre sued the royal in 2021 for sexual assault.
She alleged that she was just 17 years old at the time of the incidents; one which occurred in Maxwell's London home - with a second alleged ordeal having taken place at Epstein's Manhattan apartment.
The 63-year-old has always denied the allegations against him and later settled with Giuffre out of court, paying her a whopping £12 million.
