A woman who turned to OnlyFans as a way of making money has explained why she wishes she'd never made the decision to join the adult content platform.
Since the Covid pandemic, OnlyFans has enjoyed a meteoric rise, with millions taking to the platform during those years where we were stuck in our homes for long periods with not very much to do.
2020 alone saw more than $2 billion (£1.56 billion) in sales across the world, with growth up by 75 percent.
As it stands today, there's roughly 1.25 million people around the world who use the spicy content site every single day, with 420 million monthly active users.

The platform has been liberating for some women, giving one woman almost instantaneous financial freedom by allowing her to clear her debt in just two days.
But it's not a universal success story for every creator on the subscription platform.
Megan Gaither became an OnlyFans model last year; a move that saw her put on leave from her day job given she was an English teacher and cheerleading coach.
Describing it as a 'side hustle', Gaither, from Missouri, US, at first defended her pornographic ventures.

In a post on Facebook following the school's decision, she wrote: "I LOVE education and teaching, and I loved seeing my students and cheerleaders learn and grow into themselves.
"I’m damned good at helping them do that. Hell, you don’t get two master’s degrees to better your craft and help your students if you don’t.
"So, while I understand the stigma and the 'you signed a contract telling you how much you get paid' argument, I will maintain that 'morality' is a sliding scale and what is moral to me may not be moral to you, and that’s ok. Don’t like it? Don’t subscribe or follow."

Gaither didn't show her face on her OnlyFans account - which sees her earn five times as much as her teaching wage - as a way of hiding behind an alias in the hope of it not being connected to her.
Now, speaking this week, she revealed she 'wouldn't recommend' any teacher to follow her path when it comes to signing up to OnlyFans if they want to remain in education.
“A lot of people tell me that I should be happy, but I wouldn’t wish this past year on anybody,” Gaither told the St Louis Post-Dispatch.

“I studied 12 years to become a teacher, and now that’s gone. Looking back, I wouldn’t recommend this. If I could go back, I would tell myself not to do it.”
Gaither still makes content to this day after the school put her on leave. She said: "My husband and I talked about this before I started OnlyFans, that there would be consequences if I was caught."
She added: "I know I made choices. But whoever turned me in, I have to ask: Was that necessary? And what did I do to them to deserve this kind of treatment?"

At the moment, she makes roughly $22,000 (£17,258) every month from more than 1,500 paying subscribers. But the money and being an OF creator has seen some people exclude her - including some of her own family.
“It is unreal how quickly people seem to forget that I am a human being,” she said.
“I would never, ever call someone out based on how they look or how their body is shaped, but these people do.”
