Virginia Giuffre, who was sex trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, shared a concerning post on social media just before doctors told her that she only has 'four days to live'.
The 41-year-old, formerly known as Virginia Roberts, reached a reported £12 million out-of-court settlement with Prince Andrew in 2022 after she accused him of sexually abusing her when she was 17.
In a post on Instagram on Sunday (30 March), the American-Australian campaigner against abuse uploaded an image of herself all bruised up in a hospital bed, revealing that she had been critically injured from a severe car accident.

As a result, she has suffered kidney failure and only has days left to live.
"This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can," she wrote.

"I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology."
"I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time," she added.

A week before she shared the heartbreaking news, Giuffre wrote an emotional message addressed to her children.
"My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies," the mum said.
"I miss them so very much. I have been through hell and back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else.
"Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepen."

Sky Roberts, her father, commented underneath the recent post, saying: "Virginia my daughter, I love you and praying you get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life.
"If there is anything in the world, I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit is with you now and holding your hand."
In 2021, Giuffre accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was under 18.
She filed a civil lawsuit against the Royal, accusing him of sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Giuffre alleged that, in the early 2000s, Epstein and Maxwell trafficked her to Prince Andrew.

After reaching a settlement in 2022, the 65-year-old's lawyers said in a statement: "Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others.
"He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims."
Virginia's publicist said in a statement to LADbible: "Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending."
