This comes after a man from Tennessee tried to rob a gas station with a five-foot-long snake last April.
Reginald Cook, 26, attempted to rob the Shell gas station on Elvis Presley Boulevard in Memphis at 2.00am local time.
As reported by the New York Post, Cook first tried to demand money from the cashier, who refused.

Just 30 minutes later, he returned with a five-foot snake wrapped around his neck, allegedly shouting: "Give me the damn money."
Cook then pretended to reach for a weapon in his backpack, when the cashier pulled out his own weapon in self defence, according to the affidavit. He then called 911 and Cook was arrested without further incident.
Cook was charged with two counts of attempted aggravated robbery, and his bond was set at $4,000 (£3,090).
The outlet reports that his family visited the Shell station the following day to apologise.
