A 'livid' woman's dispute with her nightmare neighbour has gone viral after she filmed what he'd done to her missing fence panel - and this was allegedly the second time it had happened.
The TikTok video of Emma Didsbury went viral back in February after she shared the unbelievable neighbour's spat.
You can watch the hilariously British saga unfold below:

The video begins with Emma walking through her garden after looking out of the window to show her followers a missing fence panel.
The St Helens, Lancashire, mum claimed on the social media platform she then found the missing piece in the neighbour's back garden - that the fence was supposed to be making a divide between.
"So, I was doing my dishes this morning and looked out my window," she began. "One of my fence panels is missing. I went outside to investigate what was going on."

Standing at the gap, Emma shows some charred pieces of wood which she claims is the missing part of the fence, still smoking in her neighbour's yard.
She claimed that her neighbour had used it as kindling.
"Oh look - there are the remnants of it in my next door neighbour's garden," she said, sarcastically.

"Thanks very much Russell - second time now!"
She claims this wasn't the first time this had happened as she branded her neighbour, Russell (not his actual name), the 'neighbour from hell'.
"Trust me, it's my fence. I bought and replaced the last panel he burned," she said.
While there is a smoking fence panel, there is no smoking gun, so it's initially unclear whether Russell had anything to do with the taking or burning of it or whether the panel actually belonged to him or Emma.

A later update from Emma, branded 'Russell-gate', detailed the police visiting a week later, saying that without clear proof there was nothing they could do.
During a visit from the police the next day, however, Russell admitted it all and 'apologised' saying he 'knew it was wrong' but he was 'drunk' when he did it.
He accepted responsibility to pay for it but, at the time, Emma was still waiting for it to be replaced after Russell got paid.

A day later she updates her followers again saying she saw Russell 'rage carrying a fence panel' as she had a cup of tea and expected the saga to finally come to a close.
However, when she goes out to see her neighbour's handy work, the results almost made her spit out her cuppa.
"You'd have at least thought you'd have measured the d*mn thing," she says, showing the panel standing a good foot or two above the rest of the fence.
Followers were divided about the bizarre spat.
One said "We need to hear Russell's version of events. Until then, I'm on the fence."
Another quipped: "Don't take a fence."
