LinkedIn has gained something of a reputation for people posting extreme routines and practices which help them get ahead, but it seems that one woman has topped them all.
Having a morning routine isn't a bad thing, but there are limits to it. Breakfast, coffee, a shower, the news, maybe even some exercise if that's what you're into, are all perfectly reasonable.

But it seems some people just want to take it to the absolute extreme. One woman has shocked people by posting her 'morning routine' that sees her getting up at 3.45am every day.
That's nothing, I actually get up before I go to bed.
The routine sounds less like a 'recipe for success' and more like training for the Royal Marines, just replace sauna with target practice and there you have it.
Chloe Alice Louise Bootham posted the routine on LinkedIn, saying: "Everyday my alarm goes off at 3:45am!! Why? Because I absolutely love it."

I'm sure you're dying to see what the routine is comprised of, so without further ado, here it is:
3:45am - up & out of bed, no snooze... literally 3,2,1 up
4:00am - showered and ready in my gym wear

4:15am - out of the house and in the car with my squares bar
4:30am - stretched & ready to start my workout at the gym!
5:40am - in the sauna for 15 minutes & then straight into an ice cold shower
6:15am - out of the gym, podcast in the car on my way back home

6:30am - back out of the house on my morning walk with Hugo
7:15am - back home to have a protein fuelled breakfast with a cup of tea
8:00am - at my desk & ready to start the day!
One week of that and I'd probably end up in jail after someone breathed too loudly in my presence.

She explained: "For years I've done 5:00am club and then I got a new coach who trains me at 4:30am, so after nearly a year of 3:45am get ups it's a lifestyle now haha!"
The response to the routine was mixed. While like-minded people were supportive, others were less convinced.
One wrote: "How long have you been waking up at 3.45am? That's a crazy commitment. The baby next door normally wakes me up at a similar time."
Another said: "Not gonna lie this kinda sucks, I tried the morning morning, the crash that DOES come kinda sucks lol."
As for what time Chloe goes to bed, she explained that she usually falls asleep at around 9pm. That explains it.
