A furious father made it clear that jokes about his young son are no laughing matter after he ran on-stage during a gig to thump a comedian who he accused of making 'sexualising comments' about his three-month-old.
Footage that has been going viral shows a man, who has now been identified as Alberto Pugilato, rushing over to funnyman Jaime Caravaca while he was in the middle of a monologue during a show in Alicante on Monday (June 4).

The Spanish entertainer was seen nervously asking, 'Who are you?' as Pugilato suddenly approached from out of the crowd and bounded on stage before dealing him a brutal blow.
Caravaca was left cowering in the corner as the enraged dad demanded that the comedian repeat a controversial comment that he had made on social media on Sunday regarding his infant son.
Pugilato, who is a well known far-right activist, claimed that his rage stemmed from a post which Caravaca made on X in response to a snap that he had shared of himself and his three-month-old alongside the caption: "Pride and joy."

The comedian responded to the father-son-selfie saying, 'no one will be able to avoid the possibility of [your son] being gay' and that when the tot is older, he will become sick of 'sucking black d***'.
So you can understand how the pair ended up coming to blows in front of a room full of people, really.
In footage from the event, Pugilato can be heard yelling: "What's up huh? What have you said? This is for the paedophilic comments he has made about my son. Will you repeat now what you said about my son?
"Huh? Piece of sh*t. Now what? What were you saying, huh? That my son was going to eat c***? He's three-months-old. "Trash. Now what? Say it to my face...say it to my face now."

Audience members attempted to calm the situation down a bit, encouraging the men to 'handle it outside', but the dad didn't take much notice.
He continued: "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm just a father who is defending his child. He has made sexualising comments about my three-month-old son."
Caravaca asked him whether they 'could talk' about the situation, but Pugilato appeared to be more interested in communicating with his fists and simply branded him a 'clown'.

After hurling more insults at the funnyman, he smacked Caravaca in the face again before walking off stage.
Police were later called to the scene but no arrests were made as the comedian decided against filing a complaint.
Following the shock incident, Caravaca shared an apology on social media about the joke.
He wrote: "After what happened, what was intended to be a joke was ultimately an unfortunate and not at all appropriate comment on my part. My apologies to anyone who feels affected.

"Let's put violence aside, and leave a good world for people to grow free."
Pugilato responded to the post saying: "I accept your apology, Jaime. I defend freedom of expression in the same way that I defend the right to respond.
"I do not wish you any harm and I hope this helps others understand that children are sacred. All the best."
In another post, the dad added: "He has just admitted that he was wrong while the progressive showbiz tries hard to justify P-dophile comments. I forgive him and I do not wish him any harm because to rectify is wise."
