As we all know, gambling is a game of chance with no guarantees - but apparently, when God is on your side, the sky is the limit for your earning potential.
Which is exactly why a string of casinos in Zimbabwe, South Africa, have forbidden a bloke who believes he is a 'prophet' from stepping foot inside their establishments.
Archbishop Emmanuel Mutumwa has reportedly got his ticket from pretty much every single gambling den in his vicinity as casino bosses fear that because he is supposedly God's chosen gambler, he could clean them out financially.

The holy man, who is the leader of the Johanne Masowe eChishanu Apostolic Sect, claimed that he managed to win a whopping £23,487 ($30,000) after receiving a vision from a higher power.
Although boasting about how much money you just bagged after visiting a casino isn't exactly advisable and will likely put a big target on your back for thieves, it's exactly what Mutumwa did.
He just couldn't keep the good news to himself and bragged about his big win to locals.

The news eventually trickled down to other casinos, who have since decided to ban the alleged prophet from entering venues in Zimbabwe due to his apparent unfair advantage.
Mutumwa - who shares clips of the religious services he conducts on YouTube, where he boasts 1.3k subscribers - reckons the move is completely unfair and can't believe his streak of luck has been forced to come to a halt already.
He fumed: "They [casino bosses] claim that since I am a prophet, I am receiving visions from God about the winning numbers. They fear they will go bankrupt because I will win too often."
Which, too be fair, isn't exactly an irrational fear for gambling bigwigs to have, seen as though the Lord apparently revealed the winning formula to the punter/prophet.

While explaining how the lucky numbers came to him, Mutumwa hit back at critics who suggested that a man of God shouldn't be gambling.
He continued: "God works in mysterious ways. This win wasn’t about luck, but a test of faith. I prayed for guidance and the Lord provided the numbers through a vision. Isn’t it a blessing to use these winnings to uplift my congregation?"
The archbishop is said to have used the money to pay school fees for local children who are members of his church, while he also providing budding businesses with some funds to aid their progress.

I'll bet the Johanne Masowe eChishanu Apostolic Sect has had quite a few new members in wake of Mutumwa's win, anyway.
A manager at a nearby casino told local media that firms often restrict player's activity or close their accounts if they seem to be winning repeatedly.
