Chris Hemsworth has played Thor nine times across the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in various films, including the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder, which is set for a 2022 release.
Now, fans of Thor’s biceps can follow Hemsworth’s ridiculously tough recipe for muscles, as he so handsomely portrays in his role as the muscle-bound God of Thunder.
His workout routine is no secret, though, as the 38-year-old actor often shares an insight into his gym life on his Instagram, including his intense sled-pull sessions that strengthen the whole body, as well as boxing drills which test his speed and endurance.
Now, Hemsworth is taking his workout routine one step further without the use of equipment or weights to prepare for his upcoming role of Thor, as well as the follow-up action film Extraction 2.
What is Chris Hemsworth’s workout routine?
In a video he recently shared to his Instagram page which was filmed by photographer Cristian Prieto, Hemsworth showcases a short workout without weights, designed by his pals at Centr - his health and wellbeing app. But don’t be fooled, this bodyweight workout is anything but easy.
