Professional golfer Graeme McDowell has been tearing up the green for many years now.
But, the 42-year-old star hit the headlines for the wrong reasons recently after his long-lasting endorsement deal with Mastercard was suspended.
After McDowell and many others defected to the Saudi-backed circuit, LIV, the PGA Tour has suspended them from playing. Following this, Mastercard has decided to pause their 12-year relationship due to “uncertainties around their standing”.

As you can imagine, a large amount of income accompanies this amount of success. It’s estimated that in 2022 Graeme McDowell’s net worth stands at around $40 million.

In fact, McDowell is now set to make even more per year after he made the controversial decision to join the LIV tour.
Although his exact salary hasn’t been released, fellow golfer, Bryson DeChambeau, has already shared that he will make at least $125 million over a four-year period by joining the LIV tour.
