Hafþór 'Thor' Björnsson is known for being one of the biggest and strongest men on the planet.
But while many of us know him for his huge physique, which saw him cast as 'The Mountain' in Game of Thrones, the Icelandic legend has undergone one hell of a transformation in recent months.
Having left the strongman world behind him, he has switched his focus to boxing, preparing to step in the ring with his bitter rival Eddie Hall later this year.

And during his training process, Thor has gone from eating 10,000 calories a day to just 4,000, losing over 50kg and looking super lean.
In an update on his Instagram account, the former world's strongest man posted before and after photos showing just how hard he has worked over the past couple of years.
He shared it with the caption: "2020 vs 2022. Full Thor vs Half Thor. Peak strength vs Peak fitness .205kg vs 145kg."
Unsurprisingly, the photos stunned his followers, with some saying they don't even look like the same person.

One user even asked which of the two Thors would win in a street fight.
To which the he replied: "All day everyday 145kg."
Speaking to LADbible recently about Thor's long-awaited bout with Eddie, who has also lost a huge chunk of weight during his training, he said that he was confident of victory.
He told us: "Yeah, [I'm] extremely confident, extremely confident. Training's going well, I'm very happy with my trainer, Billy Nelson, learning fast from him, and I can't wait to show people the jump that I've made in progress.

"Knocking him out is just a plus, you know, at the end of the day, I just want to win the fight.
"I don't care if it's the first round, second round, third round, or six rounds - my main goal here is to beat the guy.
"If it's a knockout, that's a plus. If it's a win by decision, that's great."

And after he's done with the British strongman, he said he wouldn't mind going after one of the Paul brothers.
"I mean, Logan Paul fought Floyd Mayweather and there was some height difference between those those guys plus weight difference," Thor explained.
"Logan Paul is 188cm tall, I'm 205cm, so I think there was a similar height differences from Floyd to Logan as Logan to me, but probably more weight difference, though.
"But if he would want to fight me, I wouldn't say no."
