The Iranian Hulk’s training routine has been called into question by social media users as he gears up for his fight against Martyn Ford. You can see him in action here:
The Iranian strongman, whose real name is Sajad Gharibi, has shared regular clips of his training regime ahead of his bout against his fellow strongman Ford on 2 April.

Over the past few months, he’s showcased some rather bizarre training techniques, including punching walls, ripping apart melons and jostling with a group of guys.
In his latest clip, Gharibi can be seen getting punched in the stomach by another bloke, doing bicep curls, working out on a punchbag and bending a metal bar.
But not everyone was impressed with his training plan, commenting on the clip one person said: “This is not training. The guy isn’t even hitting him hard. My daughter hits harder than that. I want this to be a decent fight but these videos just show how unprepared he is, it’s a joke.”

Predicting a win for his opponent, another wrote: “Why don’t you look like your pics?? Oh, because they are PhotoShopped!! Dude this is not fight training, this is clown work that guy isn’t even hitting you. We are all hoping for a decent fight but I fear it’s a 1st round knockout!”
A third person asked: “What do you think you are doing bruh?”
While another commented: “Marty is going to have a field day with you!”
Rival Ford has previously branded Gharibi’s training as ‘embarrassing’ and insisted that it is a ‘real’ fight.

Ford told Mirror Fighting: "I was embarrassed, genuinely embarrassed.
"People ask me if this is a real fight or if this is some kind of WWE fight. And yes of course it is 100 percent this is going off.
"He is either an absolute genius and is putting this content out to fool me that he is that bad. Or he was conceived too close to a nuclear experiment and his head isn’t right.

"Because there is something about that video and all of them I can’t grasp what he is doing. The contract's signed and the fights are real and he is putting out the content like that."
