Noel Gallagher has described the absolute carnage during Manchester City's celebrations last night that left him with two black eyes and needing stitches.
It's no secret that the ex-Oasis star loves City, so – naturally – he was at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday (22 May), cheering on the team.
City made a staggering recovery from going 2-0 down against Aston Villa, ending the match with a 3-2 win that ensured Gallagher's team beat Liverpool by one point, winning the Premier League and full bragging rights.
As you can imagine, fans were having a field day – literally, as there were a lot of celebrations on the pitch.

The Wonderwall singer has now explained the absolute bedlam that led to him needing stitches.
Speaking to TalkSport, Gallagher said: "Let me tell you what happened to me yesterday.
"As the third goal goes in, right, there is absolute bedlam.
"Where we sit, [Man City defender] Ruben Dias’s family are a couple of boxes up. I’m jumping around like an idiot, passing my son around like the Premier League trophy, everyone’s lifting him up."
"I turn around, Ruben Dias’s dad runs straight into me, headbutts me, I’m on the floor, covered in blood."

Yep, how's that for a celebration?
Still, Gallagher needed a fair bit of looking after following the incident, adding: "I don’t see the last two minutes, I’ve got to get taken down by St John’s Ambulance to get stitched up.
"I’ve got stitches in my top lip, two black eyes. As I’m going down the corridor, Pep is running up crying and we hug each other.
"He says, ‘What’s up with your face?’ And I said, ‘Go and be with your players!'

"If you saw me today, I look like I’ve just arrived home from the eighties at Elland Road, I look like I’ve had my head smashed in. It’s unbelievable."
And to be fair, what a way to ring in your team winning the league than stitches from a defender's dad headbutting you?
"Lots of City fans are asking me what happened and I’m just saying, ‘You’ll never guess’.

“There’s not a mark on [Dias’ dad]. He’s a big bear of a man. He almost knocked my teeth out."
So, there you have it, City went home with the Premier League trophy and Gallagher went home with some well-needed stitches.
