Man gets chest enlarged to add four extra nipples to body in extreme modification

Types of body modification can be the likes of a simple, little change to something more extreme.

Maybe you’ve had a couple of ear piercings or built up a full sleeve of tatts to change your appearance, or even had some plastic surgery to boost your confidence. But it’s likely nothing compared to someone like the ‘Black Alien’ who has dramatically undergone body modification.

Or this bloke, who had his chest enlarged to add four extra nipples to his body.

Five months ago, Harry Hoofcloppen reached out to body modification expert Steve Haworth with the hope of gaining some extra nipples on his torso.

And it was quite the process once he’d agreed to doing it.

First, Haworth installed four sub-dermal silicone implants designed to replicate male nipples.

Then, Hoofcloppen had to wait four months for them to heal before he could visit tattoo artist Angell. He then added the final touches by colouring them in and making sure they looked like real nipples.

In a video shared earlier this month by Angell, he admitted to the procedure being ‘super controversial’ as ‘people have a lot to say’ about it’.

However, the tattoo artist calls it a ‘really awesome project’.

It’s reported Hoofcloppen consulted with a plastic surgeon on the placement of his extra nipples before going ahead with his controversial procedure.

Angell also mentioned that Hoofcloppen’s extreme modification is not placed where nipples would naturally occur as Haworth was apparently ‘not allowed’ to place them there.

In a viral video of his transformation, Hoofcloppen said on social media: “Trans friends! Do you want this new 3D reconstruction nipple technology available for YOUR top surgery or for someone you love?

“Please help spread the word to make this technique widely available to all those in need.”

Showing off his six nipples, he walks about for the camera, posing and touching them while flexing his abs.

Users commented: “Sooooo cool. Besides how important this would be for trans folks and breast cancer survivors... The six nipple look is so cool and sick!”

Another said: “Wow this is AMAZING!!! I am definitely looking into this for myself, it looks like exactly the sort of thing I want, this project looks amazing!”

Others called the transformation ‘fabulous’ and ‘dope’ as plenty said they ‘love this so much’.

Well, each to their own – it’s certainly a unique look to rock by the pool.
