A divorce lawyer has offered couples a cheat code when it comes to cheating.
It's all to do with the type of people that men typically cheat with, and why they do it in the first place.
James Sexton, described as America's 'top divorce lawyer', has featured on the Diary of a CEO podcast on two occasions, sharing his expert opinion on relationships, specifically marriages.
Considering he sees marriages crash and burn as part of his job, you think he'd be pretty clued up on where it could all go wrong - and of course, one of the most common reasons for heading for divorce papers is cheating.
And during one of his guest appearances Sexton claimed to have a theory about men being unfaithful in marriages.
Apparently, there's a type that many go for.

Sexton, the author of How to Stay in Love: Practical Wisdom from an Unexpected Source, was asked by Bartlett about his explanation behind wealthy clients cheating with their nannies, which he mentions in the book.
The host asked: "Why do you talk in the book about how wealthy clients like to sleep with the nanny?"
The lawyer revealed that he had 'a theory' about it all, coining it as 'the nanny fascination'.
He went on: "I think that it's not that hard to understand. The nanny has a lot of the characteristics of the wife, right?
"She's good with the kids, she's there to be a supportive other to the husband. She's a helpmate, but without any of the autonomy and agency," he pointed out.
Sexton also highlighted that 'she's an employee' when it comes down to it, making it 'much simpler of a relationship', as she can get fired if she missteps.
Moving onto his boldest claim, he warned he was entering 'dangerous ground' as he said: "I think she's also a version of the wife. She's a version of the wife when the wife was just a woman."
He claims that married men are attracted to their nannies for a reason (YouTube/The Diary of a CEO) He said that, because 'she has a life' separate to the home itself when 'she's not nannying', it gives her things to talk about, even adding an element of mystery to the relationship, if you can call it that.
Concluding his point, he advises wives to 'embrace' that part of themselves that the nanny may have in abundance.
"Don't let your spouse and your children eclipse who you are. Who you are is who your husband fell in love with," he stated.
And of course, another good piece of advice is not to cheat on your partner.
