Male adult performer addresses industry secret people would ‘never know about’ after two stars confirmed it

It doesn't sound particularly pleasant

A male adult performer spoke about an 'industry secret' that some other porn stars have said you would 'never know about' if nobody mentioned it.

An increasing number of men in the adult industry are getting a surgical procedure so they can stay erect on lengthy porn shoots without needing to take erectile dysfunction medication - but it's something most outside of the industry likely aren't aware of.

Adult stars Lena Paul and Abella Danger have both spoken about more men getting surgical implants in their Johnsons, explaining that 'so many guys in porn have mechanical d***s'.

One of those performers who confirmed it is Dallas Steele, real name Jim Walker, who has spoken about getting one of his own.

Speaking to The Gay Goods podcast back in 2021, the adult performer went into detail about exactly what the process requires.

"It's normally about a 90 minute procedure where they go in and the tissues inside the penis that would normally house blood, they hollow some of those out, make room for the cylinders, insert two polyurethane into the penis, and then a pump and release valve in the lower scrotum, and then a reservoir deep in your abdomen." Steele said.

"The reservoir contains the saline, you'll never see the reservoir , it's deep inside. The only part you might see is maybe the pump depending on the angle you're in but mostly not."

He said at the time that in his case 'the swelling is such that you can't see anything down there', which doesn't sound particularly pleasant.

Steel said his doctor had told him 'no sex for at least four weeks' after having the procedure done, and explained at the time that as far as his genitals were concerned, 'it hurts too much to touch'.

Steele said he'd got the procedure done as he'd had 'issues since he was about 27' and sometimes drugs such as Viagra and Cialis worked for him and 'sometimes they didn't'.

He described meeting a man at a 'sex party' who asked him how he'd like to maintain an erection forever and then jabbed him in the penis with a needle and injected him with an erectile dysfunction called Trimix.

When he started working in the adult industry, he started getting up to 'three or four' injections of Trimix a day to maintain an erection on a porn shoot that might last 'eight or nine hours'.

He said he was 'miserable' as his penis hurt so much that by the end of shoots 'you just want it to be over', so the implant allows him to last longer without getting jabbed several times a day.

The adult industry performer told Men's Health in 2022 that his only regret was 'not doing this sooner'.

“Knowing I can perform anytime, no matter what, has completely changed my outlook as a man." he said.
