A mother was tasked with responding to an R-rated voice note on a dating app, and she didn't disappoint.
Amy Acea, 22, was at dinner with her mum, Sarah Acea, when she told her about a horrible message that she got on Hinge a few days prior, which the mother said was 'deragatory' towards her single daughter.
Despite Sarah's annoyance at the message, Amy said that she was 'desensitised' to this sort of thing, as a regular user of dating apps.
After matching with a man on Hinge, Amy received a voice note recorded by one of his friends, who said that she had a 'cracking pair of t**s' and that it was the 'easiest w*nk he's had on Hinge' - talk about charming.

That's right, he gave her a full profile review without her asking, as he labelled it as 'the same sh*t' he'd seen in his time on apps.
Sarah's hilarious response to his offensive voice note has gone viral on TikTok since, garnering over 380,000 views since going up.
In the above clip, you can hear Sarah calling out his 'level of intelligence and IQ' because of his rude comments, while also stating: "My daughter is definitely worth more than well, a two minute, oh sorry, two second w*nk."
It's a hilarious exchange that really opened the mum's eyes out to the dire state of the dating world in the 2020s, though Amy has admitted that her mum is now her 'personal dating coach'.

Amy called the voice note 'degrading and demeaning', revealing that she 'didn't know how to respond' at first, only getting the epiphany to show her mum when they went to dinner.
"She was fuming. I think I probably found it more funny than her," she claimed.
Highlighting that her mum knew 'where to hit' him, she went for his intellect before anything else, with Amy admitting that she was 'proud' of her mum for standing up for her.

Apparently, fashion marketer Amy only got the app to prove to her parents that she was over her ex, as she is now five months single.
Describing dating apps as a 'game', she admitted that she's still not used to dating, saying that the popularity of the video shows how many people have experienced something similar.
Still preferring to meet her next special someone in person, Amy concluded that she doesn't 'think it's a bit of me'.

Mum Sarah then spoke up about the message, saying: "The choice of language was so derogatory and really made my heart sink. It was a horrible thing for my daughter to receive."
Explaining that she was 'horrified', Sarah added: "I sat there and looked at my daughter and she was laughing. She knew it was inappropriate.
"Women do this. Something inappropriate happens that puts you in an uncomfortable position and they laugh it off. My younger self did exactly that."
She claimed that it needed calling out, as young women 'almost expect' to get that kind of treatment, and to accept it.

"Social media and hiding behind the mobile phone platform, maybe he felt slightly anonymous and was a bit more able to say it," Sarah suggested.
However, she still had hope, claiming: "I'm sure the gentleman underneath when you strip away everything is a nice, thoughtful and sensitive young man.
"I think young men are off their way in society. I think there's a lot of misguided misogyny," the mother claimed.
Sarah also said she is grateful not to be in her 20s now, in a dating landscape that is almost like a 'minefield', which is 'sad' for her to see.
