The mum who fell over at her daughter's sports day and flashed her behind to the whole school has spoken up about how she's faring a whole year later.
Katie Hannaford suffered a pretty gnarly fall during a sports day event last year (15 June 2022) and went viral for accidentally mooning teachers, parents and students alike on the special day.
She has since revealed what the school run has been like for her and her kids since - as well as whether she's planning on taking part in this year's upcoming sports day after the bum-baring blunder.

Katie told LADbible a little more about that fateful day last June when she had the mishap of all mishaps and, by an unfortunate twist of fate, bared her behind for the whole internet to see.
Recalling the momentous occasion, Katie said: "My oldest daughter was watching sports day with myself and some other school mum friends.
"The staff mentioned a parents race over the tannoy and Tegan, my oldest, said 'Go on mum, you always did it for me'."

She continued: "Once they asked for parents to join in my youngest Beau across the field was saying, 'Come on mum do it'."
And the rest was, quite literally, history.
"Another mum and I agreed to join in," Katie revealed, "I was dreading it but thought 'Oh, it’s a bit of fun, why not?'"
Who would have thought that what followed would go on to become a viral sensation overnight.

After finding out the gravity of the situation, given that it was recorded and made the rounds across the entirety of the internet, Katie was left in 'utter shock'.
"I couldn’t believe it," she revealed.
"I shared the video on a parenting group to give other parents a laugh as it really could have happened to anyone and we all need a good laugh sometimes.

"From there, it was re-shared thousands of times and I couldn’t believe my eyes when all these notifications were coming through but each time it just made me laugh."
Talk about seeing the glass half-full.
Parents are already inherently cringe-worthy to their kids - it's a fact of life and simply cannot be avoided.
However, when you throw in some heavy mooning and a viral face-plant flop it really takes the idea of an embarrassing mum to a whole new level.

Speaking of her daughter's reaction to the aftermath of the sports day fail, Katie said: "She thought it was funny.
"She said everyone was talking about it at school but it was good fun."
Like mother, like daughter.
For all those of you wondering what doing the school run has been like following the ordeal, Katie recalled: "When it first happened, I had so many parents come and say 'Well done, good on ya, you’re a good sport' etc."
Now, Katie's daughter is at a new school so, luckily 'no one is aware of it'.
And, the question we've all been dying to know the answer to since the blunder last summer: has Katie had the opportunity to take part in any more sports days since?
Drum roll please...
No.
She told us: "No, I haven’t and I’ve promised my girls I’ll never do another 'parents race' ever again.
"There was a parents dance recently at my daughter dance competition. They announced it, the girls looked at me and said 'No, mum'.
"I agreed to give it a miss!"
Fair enough.
And for this year's sports day?
Katie told LADbible: "Absolutely not, as much as it was good fun I think my running days are over!"
Cracking effort, though.
