A woman has been forced to move out of her flat because the 'nightclub' below is playing music so loud that the floors are vibrating.
Residents in the flats above Faith in Strangers in Margate, Kent, say they have been going through hell after the creative co-workspace was transformed into a nightclub for the weekends.

Georgina Powell moved into the flat with her partner and they both had an interest in the business below which opened in 2019.
It hosted poetry nights and academic talks and was well received by the community so Georgina was pleased it was on her doorstep.
But when lockdown restrictions started to ease, weekends became a 'nightmare' after the venue started to have live music blasted out on Fridays and Saturdays.

Georgina explained: "They had a few parties in 2019 and it was so loud up here - we could hear every word to Madonna. The floor was vibrating.
“The art part sounded amazing. That bit is a brilliant business, we’ve nothing against that.
“We can hear so much. It’s not just music, but the hand driers, furniture scraping - the building isn’t set up to be a nightclub anymore.
"In my living room I might as well be standing on the dancefloor in Fabric nightclub, and it goes on into the early hours."

Georgina and her partner have now moved out and are paying rent on top of their mortgage.
Another woman has revealed that her son screams under his covers at night.
Rosie-Mae Deal felt helpless to stop the noise which was causing distress to her autistic son.

She said: "One night I sat crying in my home knowing I can’t do anything about this ridiculously loud music thumping through my flat, waking my children up, upsetting my little boy, who has autism so is very sensitive to sounds.
“He sleeps in my bed because he’s scared. He covers his ears, he cries, he screams under his covers. This is our home and it’s where we should be able to feel safe and be at peace.”
Another resident, Ethelbert Crescent, who is in her 80s said that the noise prior to recent events had never been anywhere near as loud, adding that the levels are impacting her health.
Thanet District Council has logged a number of noise complaints from last year with an application to review the licence submitted.

Kent Online reported that the environment and health team said that the venue has not always adhered to their 11pm noise curfew.
A council hearing is set to take place on Thursday (17 February) and, because of this, Faith in Strangers has been unable to comment until a ruling is decided.
