Nando's launches first-ever student discount

Is there anything better than a cheeky Nando's? How about a cheeky Nando's with 20 percent off?

It's the news hungry students everywhere have been waiting for - whether a hungover Saturday, a lazy weeknight or even a first date, Nando's has got your back with the launch of its first-ever student discount.

The news comes after the popular peri-peri restaurant offered out free chicken to students celebrating their exam results last August, and with January exams upon us, comfort food is needed now more than ever.

Just in time to help tackle the stress, students will be able to get their hands on the cheaper chicken while eating in at any Nando’s restaurant across the UK and Ireland as part of Nando's commitment to support its student fanbase.

The offer will be available between 11:30am - 5pm from Monday to Wednesday, making it ideal for students who need a peri-peri - or just a lemon and herb - boost to get them through the day.

To access the discount, students over 16 need to sign up online in January, where they can redeem the 20 percent off their menu favourites to eat in at the Nando’s of their choice.

Once you're signed up, all you need to do is head to your nearest Nando's and put in an order - maybe even opting for the restaurant's VUSA XX HOT eyewateringly-hot spice level, which has just returned to the restaurant as part of the newly launched 2023 menu. That'd be one way to impress a date.

Nando’s Student Discount is running throughout the UK and Ireland from 9 January for a limited time only, so whether you're an extra mild or an extra hot, a butterfly or a whole chicken, make sure you make the most of it while you can!
