A woman on a journey to become her 'best plastic self' has shared an image of what her face looked like prior to surgery.

Cosmetic surgery is pretty common these days, with around 900,000 Botox injections estimated to be inserted into peoples' faces every year.

The availability of fillers has seen faces transformed like never before - with one woman in Austria documenting her journey on social media.

Dubbed 'Fetisch Barbie' on Instagram, the OnlyFans model has built a sizeable following off of her unique look - which features plumped up cheekbones and overly-filled lips.

Ethical questions over whether or not doctors should be allowed to inject patients with so much filler aside, the Austrian woman's extreme facial transformation has earned her plenty of money and devoted fans.

However, the model hasn't always looked like this, with several images floating around on the internet revealing what she used to look like before having the work done.

Revealing several images of her 'before' face, Fetisch Barbie explained in an interview with IGV that she used to have a more gothic look before beginning her plastic surgery journey.

The images, which she revealed were taken in her later teenage years, show the content creator with much thinner lips, heavy eyeliner and several piercings - most of which have now been removed.

When it comes to the decision to transform her face into that of a real life Bratz doll the model has never been shy of sharing her reasons - previously revealing on an episode of Hooked on the Look that she was 100% 'addicted to filler and botox'. Alongside the supersized pout, Fetisch Barbie also has filler in her cheeks, chin and nose, as well as botox all over the fave.

The episode also revealed that the OF model has no plans of slowing down when it comes to her face, as she intends to inflate her lips even further if possible.

"If I wanna go bigger I'm gonna go bigger," she added.

Explaining her ambition to become a 'fetish icon' the model admitted she had always been drawn to the plastic look.

"I was never aiming to look like anyone else but me, just more plastic," she said.

However, Fetisch Barbie went on to add that there is a fine line in regards to how she wants to be seen, explaining that she wants people to remember that she is still a human being as well.

"I like people that have a fascination for it, but please don’t fetishise me. I’m a human being," she said, adding: "Even though I look like a doll."
