Early morning walks can be quite daunting, especially in the darker winter months.
But for this couple, their morning dog-walk became an episode of The X-Files because of something they saw - take a look:
Hannah and Dave Rowett got a scare when the former managed to capture what looked like a 'demon ghost', that crawled across the path ahead, on camera.

The park they were in is infamous for being haunted, with the footage showing a small, ghost-type figure scurrying across at a fast pace.
Caught completely off-guard, the couple were walking their Labradors through Clumber Park, the National Trust country park in Nottinghamshire, at around 6:30am in December 2022.
Its known for being home to a femlae spirit named 'Grey Lady', who haunts the forest in her long, grey coat.
The 52-year-old Hannah acted quick to film the haunting white silhouette that crossed the path as she filmed with her flash on.

The Worksop based woman confessed: "Initially I thought it was a dog, but then as I look at it it's more a human-type form,
"Dave was still getting one of the dogs out of the car and I just sensed I wasn't on my own. I took a photo and as I did it went across the camera."
The video was originally taken as a ‘live’ photo, an iPhone function which lets you take successive frames when taking a picture. This can be converted into a normal video which Hannah did to share it on Facebook.

She added: "It's quite demonic in the way it's crawling and has long limbs. It never changes its form and if it was smoke it would change.
"I followed it with my torch, watched it back, then turned to Dave and said 'I've just seen a ghost and I've got it on camera'. I didn't feel scared.
"When I sense things I always get my camera out because you don't always see things with the naked eye. That's why I caught it.
"I think it's such an incredible image that I wanted to share it. The kids were blown away by it when we sent it to them.

"I've had so many messages about it. It justifies our feelings about it. There aren't many like this out there and we've got no logical explanation."
Hannah's partner, Dave, 52, said: "I've always been really sceptical but literally every hair from my feet to my head stood on end. I asked her to show me again. I loved it.
"I wasn't scared. I was just glad to see something because I've always said that I'd need to before I believe stuff like that. This makes me believe there is something."

The spooky footage has amassed more than 500 reactions and almost 2,000 comments, and it's no surprise that people are totally freaked out after watching it.
But it doesn’t sound like the couple have been deterred from returning to the hair-raising location, as they plan to return to walk their dogs, keeping their eyes open for any other spooky happenings in the future.
Let’s hope they have Scully and Mulder on speed dial!
