If you had the ability to time travel, what would you do? Perhaps you’d hitch a ride on a brontosaurus or ‘accidentally’ nudge toddler Hitler out a top floor window.
Or, if you’re Tiktoker @worldcuptimetraveller, you’d time warp forward a few weeks, stick a footie match on the TV, jankily film it on your phone then whack the footage on social media and spoil the World Cup 2022 results for everyone.
@worldcuptimetraveller has been sharing footage of full-time match scenes for a while now, and thanks to Brazil’s win over South Korea on Monday (5 December), it seems their predictions for the World Cup final are still on.

Watch their World Cup prediction video below:
Last month, @worldcuptimetraveller shared what they claimed to be footage showing who wins the tournament.
The clip suggested Brazil would win the title and showed footballers and fans from the South American country celebrating the massive win.

Alongside the footage, they wrote: "Brazil just beat France in the 2022 World Cup final."
@worldcuptimetraveller said Brazil would beat France 2-1 and their footage not only showed Brazilian players celebrating, but French player Olivier Giroud looking unhappy with his head bowed.
The scoreline Brazil 2 - France 1 could also be seen in @worldcuptimetraveller’s footage, as could official-looking World Cup graphics.
The clip also predicted that Marquinhos and Richarlison would net goals for Brazil, with Griezmann scoring for France.

Seeing as it was confirmed in recent days that both Brazil and France have made it through to the World Cup’s quarter finals, @worldcuptimetraveller’s prediction could well come true.
@worldcuptimetraveller also told their followers that they were ‘helping you out like last year’ in reference to the fact they correctly predicted the outcome of the Euro 2020 final.
Ahead of the final, @worldcuptimetraveller - who used the handle @nsh.official at the time - predicted Italy would win the final 2-1, which the nation went on to do.

That said, plenty of people are still sceptical about @worldcuptimetraveller’s predictions.
Responding to the social media user’s post about the World Cup final, a few people pointed out that the so-called footage from the future appears to be from the Richarlison celebration goal.
Some, however, were quick to point out the 'time traveller's' winning predictions.
"He got it right on Euro 2020 btw," said one, while another wrote: "Imagine if he gets it right again."

A third added: "If those two actually playing in finals... I'm putting my life savings on Brazil."
