Former Countdown queen Carol Vorderman has claimed she hired a guy to help improve her flexibility.
The 61-year-old said in a recent episode of her podcast that she wants to 'be able to do the splits' and that she's willing to pay to reach this goal.
The presenter made the comments during a recent appearance on the NetMums podcast, explaining: "I want to be able to do the splits. There’s this Eastern European guy and I’ve paid £10 for his lessons and he’s obviously doing it in a flat where he’s only got a stool with three legs."
Sounds legit, but whatever works, right?

Carol says she was influenced by a picture of an elderly woman who looked pretty great: "There’s a picture of this woman, who must be in her 90s, doing a front split with a head on the knee.
"And I thought: 'Yeah, she’ll do for me.'"
And Carol doesn't just have a flexible approach to fitness, she's also expressed her preference for a 'freer' approach to relationships.
The 61-year-old has previously been married twice in her life, having wed Christopher Mather from 1985 to 1986 before marrying Patrick King in 1990.

Vorderman and King have welcomed two children together, but after the pair split up in 2000, the former Countdown co-host said she doesn't believe in the view that humans should stick with one partner for their entire lives.
She opened up about her views on relationships during an appearance on This Morning last month, saying: "Our mothers told us that we should marry when we were still 18 or 19 or 20, so we grew up with that convention that you should find one partner for life. My view is not quite like that."
Vorderman continued: "Half of first marriages end in divorce, and nearly three quarters of second marriages end in divorce. So I prefer to live my life in chapters."

She went on to say she has lived 'a life which is much freer' over the last decade or so since she was 'about 50'.
"I've never felt freer," she said. "So I have ignored the looking for one person and I have a number of what I've called 'special friends.'"
Following her divorce from King, Vorderman said that she doesn't 'really want to marry again', or 'live with a man again' and has to 'look after him all the time.'

"This is a time to break this nonsense taboo, which is a person should only be looking for one other person that satisfies everything in their life. That's hell."
And you know what, hats off to her!
