The comedy king pressed pause on his gig in San Jose, California, without a second thought when he noticed a fan was in distress.

The heartwarming moment was captured on camera by another fan who had been attending his I Missed You tour on 18 October.
Apparently, Sandler had heard worried cries coming from the crowd that a man was suffering a 'medical emergency'.
Footage shared by @electrictj on TikTok shows how he quickly brought his show to a stop to ensure the fan could be attended to by medics.
The Happy Gilmore star is seen nervously pacing the stage as he helps guide stadium staff to the audience member.

He says: "Yo, yo, medic coming? Alright, here comes the medic.
"Ok, ok, here we go. Over here guys, right down there on the left. Let's go. Alright, let's get there y'all.
"Everything should be alright. No worries, love ya.

"It'll just be a few minutes guys. Let's take a few seconds and let these guys concentrate. Love y'all. Hang on a few!"
Sandler handled the situation like a pro and patiently waited for the fan to be tended to.
He then directly addressed the fan, saying: "Feel better bruh!
"We're all wishing you well there youngster. Feel better back there. Love. Sorry about that, that's terrible.

"Let's give a round of applause for that dude. Hope he feels better. That sucks."
In true Sandler style, he then kicked his set back off by saying: "Alright, back to the motherf**king dumbness."
What a lad.
Social media users were just as touched by Sandler's kindness and took to the comment section to praise him.

Another wrote: "Adam Sandler is a true bonafide gentleman. There are actors/actresses who are aware of the world around them and he is one of them. I love his movies."
A third chimed in: "Single handedly one of the most humble, wholesome actors. Rare."
And a fourth added: "I was there... he was so great!"
According to TMZ, the performance was paused for around ten minutes in total and the man helped by medics is believed to have been dehydrated.
The bloke is now all good - and I'm sure Sandler's well wishes helped with that.
