A singer has ‘officially’ started a ‘feud’ with ITV for editing her bum crack out of the Brit Awards. Yes, you read that correctly.
Every year the Brits are filled with all kinds of viral, iconic and awkward moments and last night (2 March) was no different.
And while viewers were sat watching the award show live on ITV, it wasn’t hard to spot a woman with her bum crack out in the star-studded audience.

That woman was none other than Irish singer and songwriter CMAT, who was nominated in the International Artist of the Year category.
The ‘Stay For Something’ singer arrived at the Brits Red Carpet in a long, black gown with a completely open, feathery-lined back, low enough to show off a good chunk of her bare bum.
A rather iconic look, viewers couldn’t avoid it as they wrote on X about seeing the ‘cheeky bum crack for the Brit Awards’.

And others couldn’t believe their eyes while CMAT took the opportunities to tease the camera as one wrote: “Did I just see someone’s arse on The Brits???”
CMAT gave fans a punny reveal of her outfit on Instagram, writing: “I told you I was good craic.”
But today (3 March), she’s starting ‘a beef’.

The Irish star claims ITV has taken out the iconic reveals of her bum crack from the reruns of last night’s award show.
Keeping up her legendary ‘craic’, she wrote on Instagram this afternoon: “@itv you will PAY for editing my bum crack out of the broadcast reruns. give the people what they deserve (my arse) or i will set the cmat babies on you ! this is a #feud officially.”
CMAT’s fans got in on the joke too, as they say ITV ‘better be quaking’.
Another quipped: “Quite literally ‘giving cheek to the Brits’.”

Rallying up behind her, one fan wrote: “I pledge my allegiance to the flag (CMAT’s a**e).”
Someone else put: “This means war,” as many said her bum crack was an ‘absolute highlight of the awards’ and the ‘best part of the whole show’.
One simply slammed: “HOW DARE!”

Another landed the pun: “The cheek of ITV!”
Dublin-born CMAT (whose real name is Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson) released her debut studio album, If My Wife New I’d Be Dead, back in 2022 before its follow up, Crazymad, in October 2023 - both went to number one in Ireland.
LADbible has contacted ITV for a comment on this ‘feud’.
