Daniel Radcliffe has been plagued by rumours for years that he's in the running to play Wolverine.
Fans discovered he is the perfect height, could style his hair in the same way as the X-Men superhero, and had the general look.
However, this speculation went into overdrive earlier this year when an episode for a TV show aired.

He had been playing the lead in TBS comedy series, Miracle Workers, where he appears as a different character in each season.
In the most recent, he portrayed road warrior Sid, who lives in a postnuclear apocalyptic world.
The finale of the show, he strips off to his underwear and shows off his impressive physique.

While he was toned when he played Harry Potter, Radcliffe looked like he had put on a lot of muscle for the role and fans went wild thinking this was a preview of what's to come.
However, he's finally addressed the rumours that he's about to get some Adamantium metal claws.
During a Vanity Fair lie detector test, he was asked whether he was secretly getting jacked to play Wolverine.
He responded with: "No...I got buff because I am obsessive, and I want to… You’ve seen my parents, they’re like insane fitness people.

"So that’s just been passed on. But no. No Wolverine. Flattered, but no.”
This isn't the first time he's had to shut down speculation about a possible foray into the superhero franchise.
When he was asked whether he'd like to play the iconic superhero, he told ComicBook.com: “So many times, people come to me like, ‘Hey man, heard about the Wolverine news, that’s pretty cool.’ No, I don’t know anything about it'."

He added: “I appreciate that somebody is clearly going like ‘Wolverine’s actually short in the comic books, you should get like a short guy to do it!’ I don’t see them going from Hugh Jackman to me.
“But who knows? Prove me wrong, Marvel.”
Radcliffe also said to Entertainment Weekly: “Wolverine is short, so every so often they’re like, ‘Who’s a short actor?’ There’s never been any actual truth to it.”
“Every so often I get bored of answering the questions sensibly, so I just make a joke like I did the other day and that sort of has reignited the rumors of it, but there’s nothing going on.”

But who knows if his most recent comments are just a joke.
Ah, Mr Radcliffe likes to keep us on our toes.
