Ed Sheeran made a surprise appearance at The Wieners Circle - the Chicago hot dog stand known for swearing at customers.
The ‘Thinking Out Loud’ crooner, 32, temporarily stopped by the stand at the weekend (29 July) to serve up delicious street food to customers and fans with a hunger for wieners and insults.
In a video shared on the famous hot dog stand’s social media, one of the employees introduces Sheeran to the world of hot dogs.

“We’re gonna have Ed Sheeran here at the motherf***ing Wieners Circle and I’m gonna teach that w****r how to make a f***ing hot dog,” she declares.
The insults came in thick and fast, as the same worker then continued throwing cheeky shots at Sheeran, like telling him to ‘shut the f*** up’ and ‘shove [a hotdog] up your a**’.
But the dad-of-two seemed to be loving every minute of it, as he had a massive smile on his face as he handed out food to customers.

He also shared the video on his own profile, writing in the caption: "Served hot dogs at @wienerscircle today."
Sheeran, who was in town to perform at Chicago’s Soldier Field stadium as part of his ongoing Mathematics Tour, added: “This place is legendary [in] Chicago for serving hot dogs and insulting their customers. I loved it. See you at the stadium tonight x.”
It’s a good thing that the Suffolk native has a back-up career since his first day on the job selling hot dogs left a lot to be desired, according to The Wieners Circle.

“Our newest trainee @edsheeran has a lot to learn,” the restaurant said on social media. “He’s way too proper and friendly.”
This isn’t the first time Sheeran has made a shock appearance as of late. Earlier this month he surprised patrons at a karaoke bar in Nashville by handing out drinks and singing ‘I Want it That Way’ by the Backstreet Boys to a newlywed couple.
The bar where Sheeran gave his impromptu performance was the Christmas themed locale Santa’s, a place he used to visit regularly when he lived in Nashville a decade ago.

“Let’s f***ing get lit!” Sheeran yelled as he jumped up and down while singing along to the Backstreet Boys’ song.
His performance was recorded was shared by Sheeran on his Instagram page, it also included a clip of him reminiscing about his time in Nashville.
“When I lived in Nashville in 2013, I used to go to this karaoke caravan called Santa’s. It only does $1 (78p) PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon beer) and it does karaoke, and it’s the best,” he said.
We'll have to visit one day!
