They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but that doesn't extend to content creators who regularly target celebrities.
At least that's what comedian Celeste Barber found out when she decided to dedicate her Instagram account to showcasing a more realistic take on some of Emily Ratajkowski's most popular photos.
As a model and actor who rose to fame starring in Robin Thicke's controversial 'Blurred Lines' video, EmRata has been able to build a huge platform from being exceptionally beautiful, toned and slim.

Which is fair enough, as I'm sure we'd all do the same if we looked like her.
However it's worth pointing out that Ratajkowski and other models don't really represent the average female body, which is something which Barber appeared to be poking fun at when creating her social media content.
Barber's tongue-in-cheek content would focus on taking Ratajkowski's highly polished images and creating her own versions.

However the content eventually found it's way back to Ratajkowski, who didn't appear to be too pleased about Barber constantly reusing her content.
Revealing that she'd been blocked by the Gone Girl actor in 2022, Barber told Nova's Fitzy & Wippa radio show: "I don’t think Emily is a fan. That’s OK, she’s allowed to not love it. But she blocked me."
What has Emily Ratajkowski said about it?
Ratajkowski would later clarify the situation on an episode of her podcast, stating that everything had been 'blown out of proportion'.

"This whole drama with Celeste has been blown out of proportion. In general, I find her to be really funny. But, [the] message I was trying to send to her was, 'I just don’t want you to do this to me anymore'," she explained.
"[I want] to be able to do my thing, whether that be writing about my terrifying experiences in an industry that doesn’t protect women and young girls and femme-presenting people while also having a bathing suit line.
"I was like, I’m not giving her my consent for this joke anymore. It just landed at a specific time for me.

"We really love to pick on female influencers like they are considered the trash, lamest, most cringe, most embarrassing people on the planet.

"I fundamentally find that to be sexist. Yeah, no s**t women want to be influencers - it’s one of the ways that women have learned to be successful and make money. They’re hustling."
Has Celeste Barber responded to her comments?
Barber recently addressed the comments during an episode of Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, revealing that she is still blocked by Ratajkowski.
"I was posting and then I found out that she had blocked me and she didn't like it. So I was like, 'Oh, that's boring. Oh, now I can't do it. Oh, come on, please have a sense of humour," she said (via PEOPLE).
"Please have a sense of humour. Oh, you don't? OK, I'll stop."
Ratajkowski isn't the only famous person which Barber has parodied over the years either, with the Aussie comedian mimicking the likes of Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber and various content creators.

"When I saw the ridiculous selfies that people posted, I thought, 'What would it look like if a normal person did the same thing on a Wednesday?'" she told Harper's Bazaar in 2019.
"Also, I wanted to show other body types."
