Some punters have complained about the price of the fillet steak at Jeremy Clarkson's pub.
In case you only knew about his motoring and agricultural ventures, the Who Wants to be a Millionaire presenter opened up a pub this year and called it 'The Farmer's Dog'.
It's a place to serve up his Hawkstone drinks and some of the produce from the Diddly Squat Farm, which helps solve the restaurant issue that Clarkson had been grappling with for much of Clarkson's Farm.
However, there are some things you can't get there like Coca-Cola because one of the aims of The Farmer's Dog is to be as British as possible with the ingredients.

Clarkson admitted he'd 'failed' on this front because you can't have a gin and tonic with ingredients made just in the UK, but he was still going to try and find British alternatives for everything he could reasonably be expected to serve up.
That also has an impact on the price of food at the pub, as Clarkson wrote in a column for the Sunday Times that for some ingredients bought domestically he's having to pay 'ten times more' compared to options for importing it.
As a result some of the food there is a bit pricey, but even then Jeremy said that he might be losing about £10 on each person who comes to eat at The Farmer's Dog.

He asked people to 'be kind' about the prices at the pub, though some punters might have forgotten that after the place recently shared its fillet steak dish on social media.
If you want to dine on steak, carrot, mash and cabbage at the pub it'll cost you £28, which led to some people complaining about a 'mark up' and arguing that the dish is about 'two mouthfuls'.
Others disparaged the size of the dish by saying it was a 'nice looking starter' and commenting that they'd 'want a plate full for £28'.

Plenty stepped in to defend the dish and how much it cost, saying it was a 'very reasonable' price and wondered why people were 'acting shocked by a fillet steak for £28'.
Even those who said they'd like more meal for their money agreed that it looked very delicious, and let's face it stuff is expensive anyway so the price of a steak dish at a restaurant is not likely to be low.
There are plenty of other cheaper options on offer at The Farmer's Dog if the steak dish isn't to your liking or you don't want to pay £28 for it.
