There's been rumours floating around the internet that certain celebrities have been banned from buying Ferraris.
But this is not totally true.
The likes of Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian have been pictured flying around in their Ferraris in the past.

Yet, reports have suggested that the pair have allegedly not been following the rules.
Kim Kardashian was gifted a Ferrari in 2011
When you're rich and famous, you're not gifted a box of Lynx Africa - you're gifted a supercar.

Back in 2011, the reality TV star married Kris Humphries and was gifted a Ferrari as a wedding present from an unnamed 'Malaysian businessman'.
At the time, a source told RadarOnline: “Kris was at Kim’s house when the very gift was delivered - it was given to both of them but Kim has kept sole ownership of the gift and has used it extensively.”
That same unnamed wedding guest reportedly turned out to be a financial fraudster.
So make of that what you will.

But, apparently she didn't look after the condition of the car and Ferrari did not like it.
According to a buying guide by experienceferrari.com, 'owners represent the Ferrari brand and are expected to conduct themselves with a certain level of decorum, both in how they drive and how they present their cars'.
Nowadays, you'll see the 43-year-old whizz around in the Tesla Cybertruck.
Justin Bieber reportedly broke Ferrari's T&Cs

The singer, now 30, has been spotted in his fair share of Ferraris over the years and you can't blame him, as it's a car most young dudes dream of owning.
Though, it's been reported that when the Canadian bought a Ferrari 458 Italia with a white exterior and white rims, he broke a rule.
Just a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle, he was said to have taken it to West Coast Customs for some visual modifications, including a bright blue wrap.
And according to Ferrari's manual, you cannot do this.

It says that modifications 'must be done cautiously and preferably through approved channels to maintain its authenticity and value'.
"Overall, Ferrari owners are expected to uphold and promote the brand image, which is one of luxury, performance, and exclusivity," the guide adds.
Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber are not banned from buying all Ferraris
Despite reports, the pair are still able to purchase most Ferraris.
However, some models need to approved by the company itself.
"Ferrari reserves the right to decide on special editions," the car manufacturer said in a statement.
Meanwhile, the guide says: "Owning a Ferrari is not just about driving a fast car; it’s about joining an exclusive club with its own set of rules."
Not worth the hassle, imo.
