'After a long day at work there's nothing like cracking open a lukewarm bottle of breast milk' is not exactly the logic here.
Enter Kourtney Kardashian who has revealed the real reason why she likes 'pounding' down a glass late at night.
But before we get into it, there is a reason why you can't cop a bottle at your local Tesco.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warns that baby breast milk should only be given to the baby, from the mother.
Adults face the same dangers as babies if they consume someone else's breast milk, and that includes potential 'exposure to infectious diseases, including HIV, to chemical contaminants, such as some illegal drugs'.
However, if you drink your own breast milk, it's perfectly safe.

Kourtney shares son Rocky Thirteen, five months, with her husband Travis Barker, while also having three kids - daughter Penelope Scotland, 11, and sons Mason Dash, 14, and Reign Aston, nine - with Scott Disick.
Earlier this week, the mother-of-four, 44, took to social media to tell her 224 million followers that she was getting ready for bed.
Lying under the covers, the reality TV star posted a selfie on her Instagram Stories, using one of the app's filters.
“This filter is crazy and I just pounded a glass of breast milk because I feel sick. goodnight,” her caption read.

As she mentioned, it seems she uses the unconventional trick for feeling better when she's sick.
Now, according to milk safety experts at Milkify, 'continuing to breastfeed (when feeling poorly) can provide benefits to both the mother and the baby'.
However, they stated that 'rest and hydration' should be the priority for the mother, when feeling unwell.

"Rest and hydration are essential for a nursing mother's health and recovery," they explained.
"It is important to get plenty of rest and sleep, especially when feeling unwell. Adequate hydration is also crucial for maintaining milk supply and overall health.
"Drinking plenty of water, herbal tea, and clear broths can help keep the mother hydrated."
The experts also advised to maintain a 'healthy diet'.

"The mother should continue to eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein," they added.
"Foods rich in zinc, such as turkey, beef, pork, eggs, yogurt, wheat germ, and oatmeal, can help boost immunity."
They also noted that 'it is important for the mother to consult with her healthcare provider before taking any medications while breastfeeding'.
