The actor who Rebel Wilson lost her virginity to called her the ‘most beautiful girl he knows’.
The Pitch Perfect star has opened up with intimate details from her life in her newly released memoir, Rebel Rising.
Before it hit the shelves yesterday (2 April), there was already a lot of discussion around its context, such as her allegations against Sacha Baron Cohen - which he has denied.

And in this memoir, the Aussie wanted to send a ‘positive message’ about losing her virginity later in life than what might be the typical expectation.
She told PEOPLE Magazine she hopes it will reassure young people that ‘not everybody has to lose their virginity as a teenager’.
Wilson revealed she used to tell friends she’s done it ‘to just get it over with when I was like 23’ or would leave the room when these kinds of conversations were going on.

"And then I'm sitting here thinking, 'Oh my God, my number's 35. What the hell? I'm going to look like the biggest loser,’” The Hustle star added.
And in the ‘Late Bloomer’ chapter of Rebel Rising, the 44-year-old named Mickey Gooch Jr. as the person she lost her virginity to.
Wilson wrote of the 38-year-old: “And, Micks, I know this might be news to you if you are reading this, but yes I lost my virginity to you.”

The pair were dating back in 2015 and remained friends after their split.
And in October 2021, he shared a snap with his ex to Instagram, writing in the caption: “Throwback Thursday… cheers to the most beautiful girl I know.!… Inside and out. ‘The Full Package’.”
In June 2022, Wilson went public with her relationship with Ramona Agruma and announced their engagement last year.
Announcing their relationship on Instagram, the star wrote: “I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess.”

The pair welcomed their first child, Royce Lillian, via surrogate in 2022.
Also while chatting to PEOPLE, she said she reckons if she’d been born two decades later she ‘probably would’ve explored [her] sexuality more’.
“I just knew I was attracted to men, and that was the normal thing. And so when I started opening myself up probably more after my father's death and realizing, oh, even though I'd seen marriage as a terrible thing and waste of time, I started opening myself up to that.

"And then only years later, meeting women and having feelings for a woman, and that, I just think it's a sign of where society kind of was."
