Robert De Niro has spoken very sweetly about the effect his seventh child has had on his life.
If you're a fan of De Niro, and why wouldn't you be, then you'll likely know that the 80-year-old actor welcomed a new addition to his family in recent months.
His oldest child is 52-year-old daughter Drena De Niro, the daughter of his first wife Diahnne Abbott, who he adopted after marriage.

In that same relationship De Niro and Abbott had son Raphael De Niro, now 47.
The actor then had twin sons Julian and Aaron with partner Toukie Smith, and then son Elliot and daughter Helen with second wife Grace Hightower.
Gia is De Niro's seventh child, and his first with girlfriend Tiffany Chen, and he only announced the new addition to his family during an interview when he was promoting the film About My Father.

De Niro was asked about his six children and he corrected the interviewer by saying 'seven actually, I just had a baby', though he didn't provide any more details at the time.
Gia's name and a picture of her were later revealed on CBS Mornings by host Gayle King, who said that De Niro and Chen were 'over the moon' with their daughter.
In an interview with AARP after being asked about his family he said that becoming a father again 'feels great'
He said: "Everything that I’m consumed with or worried about just goes away when I look at her.

"It’s wondrous. When she gets older - who knows? But that very sweet way she has of looking at you, taking you in, thinking and watching and observing."
Chen previously spoke to CBS Mornings to talk about pregnancy and post-partum health, saying the best thing about De Niro was 'how much he loves his family'.
While he may be 80, De Niro is kept very busy by the number of roles he's taken on in his career.

He's also up for an Oscar for his part in Killers of the Flower Moon, the latest in a long line of successful collaborations with director Martin Scorsese.
The film is up for a number of awards other than the one De Niro got the nod for, including Best Picture, Best Director for Scorsese and Best Actress for Lily Gladstone.
The director has been flush with praise for his cast in the movie, and De Niro returned the compliment as he said it was 'always a great pleasure to work with Marty'.
