"We were very close, and we shared a crazy time together that was totally unique to us. That’s how I will remember her.
"This is so tragic but I know you are now at peace. I will always always love you and hold a special place in my heart."
She also wrote on another post: "SOPHIE ANDERSON. We had years of laughs.
"Thank you Sophie. I’ll miss you xxxx."
Anderson's ex-boyfriend and former Crystal Palace footballer Spedding left the pitch to go into the porn industry, where the pair first met.

However, in an interview on the Anything Goes with James English podcast, Spedding said that being a porn star is 'not as good as people think'.
He died at the age of 34 last month.
Spedding's old club Croydon FC said in a tweet: "Croydon FC are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our former player, Oliver Spedding.
"Oliver played for the club over a couple of spells and was a much-loved individual who always gave his utmost for the team.

"He will be hugely missed by everyone at the club and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time. Rest in Peace, Ollie. Once a Tram (the club's nickname), always a Tram."
Croydon FC also held a minute's silence before their match on November 18.
The exact cause of Spedding and Anderson's deaths remain unknown.
