The staggering amount of money The Inbetweeners star James Buckley reportedly makes a week has been revealed.
Buckley, 37, shot to fame back in 2008 by playing serial exaggerator and sex-obsessed sixth former Jay Cartwright on Channel 4's sitcom The Inbetweeners, which ran for three seasons and had two spin-off films.
Over a decade since he waved goodbye to Rudge Park Comprehensive school, Buckley has filled his time with various acting projects in TV, film and even a run on stage as Ben in 2:22 A Ghost Story earlier this year.

However, it seems the biggest part of his income security hasn't come from his acting work and is said to be down to his hugely successful work on one popular website.
No, we're not talking about that website.
Thanks to Cameo, Buckley's combined weekly income is estimated to be around £10,000 a week, with most of it apparently coming from the popular video sharing website, the Daily Mail reports.

Buckley joined Cameo back in 2020, amid the Covid-19 pandemic, with requests for his personalised messages being much higher than he could have ever anticipated.
Not only is the actor's name one of the first to come up when you type Cameo in on Google, but he also managed to be the first creator not based in the USA to cross the $1 million earnings threshold in 2022.
With birthday messages making up the bulk of videos, Buckley's recordings are light-hearted and are often littered with his most famous Jay Cartwright phases ('oooh, friend').
He also charges just £40 per video, which is much more reasonable than some of the Hollywood stars who are asking fans to cough up hundreds of pounds.

However, Buckley had never imagined that his account would end up taking off in the way that it has done.
Appearing on former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews' podcast Big Fish the actor revealed he was actually nervous fans wouldn't be interested in his videos.
"I kept saying 'This is going to be really, really embarrassing - my tiny fragile ego. I'm not the most confident person, this is going to send me to dark places," he said last year, adding that he was concerned that 'nobody is going to want a video from me'.

Turns out Buckley was very wrong and has since gone on to create 40,000 clips for fans.
Explaining why he chose to keep his rates at a reasonable price rather than hiking up the prices, Buckley added: "It was a godsend financially. But I never wanted to take the piss. I'm in the business of making people happy - I don't want to rip people off."
