Tom Holland got stopped from buying his own non-alcoholic beer after going on a hunt for a shop that stocked it.
The Spider-Man star said on his Instagram Story that he'd not been in the US for a while and decided he'd set himself the quest to find shop shelves with his non-alcoholic beer brand BERO.
Holland went sober after doing Dry January in 2022 and realising he had an issue with alcohol, and last year launched his own brand of non-alcoholic beer.

He said he wanted to go and find it 'out in the wild' and started hitting up the US store chain Target, though his next video had him looking a little sheepish as he admitted he'd been to two shops without any luck.
Declaring that 'the hunt continues', Holland was hoping it would be third time lucky and went to a bigger Target where he finally managed to lay his eyes on his own product.

There was a big display of it on the end of one of the aisles which proudly declared that it was 'created by Tom Holland' along with a picture of the man himself.

However, it turned out that actually buying his own brand was more difficult than he expected, as Holland explained that 'they wouldn't accept my ID because it's English and I couldn't prove my age'.
Fortunately for Holland 'a really lovely employee' apparently scanned their own ID for him so he could buy his own BERO.
"It's just kind of ironic that I wasn't allowed to buy my own product," the star said of the hiccup in buying the non-alcoholic beer the shop was using his picture to promote.
"But yeah, feeling good, this is really exciting."

While the 28-year-old is blessed with a youthful visage he could also have tried leading staff over to their own shop's BERO display which proudly displayed his face in the hopes that it would suffice as ID.
Holland is going to be a busy chap as the in-demand actor as he's landed a major role in Christopher Nolan's upcoming adaptation of the Greek epic The Odyssey, while he's also got a Spider-Man sequel in the pipeline as well.
We know that one's happening because Holland recently promoted a competition for a fan to spend a day on the set of the next Spider-Man movie.

He's become so synonymous with the iconic web-slinger that partner Zendaya's family have even started referring to him by his superhero name.
Either that or they're huge fans of The Rest Is History and don't want to confuse him with the historian of the same name, one of the two.
