Critic are going absolutely wild over John Wick 4.
Those who have been lucky to have seen the fourth instalment to the incredible action franchise say it's nothing short of epic and has been well worth the four year wait.
Keanu Reeves has already forewarned us that Chapter 4 was one of the hardest films he's ever had to make and it seems like this definitely translates on screen.

We've also been told the upcoming film will be the longest in the John Wick franchise at two hours and 49 minutes.
The synopsis has been described as: "John Wick uncovers a path to defeating the High Table, but before he can earn his freedom, Wick must face off against a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn old friends into new foes."
We'll be seeing incredible performances not only from Wick, but also Donnie Yen, Laurence Fishburne, Rina Sawayama, Bill Skarsgård, Hiroyuki Sanada and many others.
Judging from what critics have posted on Twitter, it looks like we're in for a wild ride.

One said: "One of the greatest action movies ever made, #JohnWick4 tops all 3 of its predecessors in storytelling, scope & stakes, countless astonishing set pieces, hard to fathom it’s all contained within one film, Bill Skarsgård slays, a hellaciously thrilling franchise finish (?) 9.5/10."

Another added: "I watched #JohnWick4 in IMAX and I highly recommend you do the same!! The body count is more than the previous three installments combined. Keanu Reeves, as John Wick, once again does not hold back and is a force to be reckoned with. This film takes you around the world and delivers the most mind-blowing fights and action scenes in a genre-bending epic that is Heart Pounding and Thrilling!"
A third wrote: "John Wick: Chapter 4 pushes the envelope in the action genre as we know it. The cast is STACKED and the fight scenes are dynamic! After 4 movies, you’d think there’d be some fatigue. This is not the case, you’ll just have to see it for yourself."
Honestly, this film can't come soon enough.
Pacing seems to be a big focus of the praise on social media, which is important when the movie runs for nearly three hours.

There has also been talk of a fairly epic post-credits scene that you'll have to keep your eyes and ears out for.
The movie is slated for release on March 23.
